A calm, turn-based city builder where you grow one district of a four-district city beside three NPC neighbours. Place homes, shops, parks and transport on your own grid, agree boundary connections and vote on shared projects in the Council, and complete a three-stage landmark. This playtest edition opens all three cities — Brookside, Harborlight and Sunvale — with ten tasks each.
Choose a building, tap an empty plot beside a road and press Build, then use the Council to connect with neighbours, fund shared projects and keep traffic clear before advancing to the next city turn.
